Backdrop to the Saint Augustine Film Festival and Our Leading Sponsors
Welcome to the Saint Augustine Film Festival (SAFF) in the nation’s oldest city!
An outstanding variety of foreign and independent films and documentaries are waiting for you!
This fun Festival runs every January in the downtown historic city center, with five screening rooms at three locations. All are within a 5-minute walk of one another. Films are shown in Lewis Auditorium, and the Gamache-Koger Theater (part of Flagler College), as well as at all three viewing rooms of The Corazon Cinema and Café.
If you select an All Access Pass, spend three evenings with us at parties where you can mingle with filmmakers and chat with other film goers in a beautiful, historic location. If you find free time on your hands, check out the Castillo de San Marco Fort; the beautiful Lightner Museum (where we host one of our galas); a tour of Flagler College, originally a hotel when it was built in the late 1800s, or a trolley tour around the city to see its highlights. And at night, of course, enjoy the Nights of Lights, one of the top-ranked attractions in the US!
Come join us whether you are a St. Augustine resident, from Jacksonville, somewhere in Florida or Georgia or further afield! We do in fact have many snowbirds who make the Saint Augustine Film Festival a 'must do' part of their winter agenda!
To provide a rich cultural experience to the public that highlights the skills of independent and foreign filmmakers and offers fresh insights into different cultures, the common bonds that link us, and the emotional art of storytelling.
